ABOUT US
Compassionate Care Experts
Allied Nurse Solutions and Case Management provides community-based case management services to individuals with physical disabilities through the Independent Care Waiver Program (ICWP).
ICWP is designed for eligible Medicaid members with severe physical disabilities (ages 21 – 64) by providing them the opportunity to live in their own homes or in the community instead of a hospital or nursing home.
After the intake process is complete, each client is assigned a Case Manager for individualized and specialized ongoing care.
